Double-click the .mpcskin file, or put the skin folder in skins next to mpc-hc64.exe or in %APPDATA%\MPC-HC\skins. Then open the Skin menu in the menu bar, between Favorites and Help, and click it. Skin > Skin store... brings you back to this page. To return to the default look choose Built-in (no skin). More in the docs.
